FAQsWhat happens if a construction issue arises after moving into the home? We fully guarantee all work performed on your home and, in addition, each and every contractor fully warranties their work. Prior and subsequent to "move-in", we assist the family in adjusting to their new home by personally coaching them in the use of items in the home that include the heating and cooling systems, low voltage and security systems, plumbing items, and if selected, radiant heat, elevators and generators. We also supply a comprehensive list of contractors that worked on the home, and include their contact information. If after moving into the house there are issues to rectify, we work together to make certain that these items are rectified to your satisfaction and to our highest standards and in a timely manner.
