How is the cost to construct/remodel my home calculated?
To obtain the construction/remodel cost of your home, individual items
are competitively bid and pricing is carefully analyzed. Once the Architectural Plans and Specifications have been completed they are competitively bid by a multitude of sub contractors with whom we have a long standing business relationship. We have worked with most of these tradesmen for numerous years, some for 15-20 years. All sub contractors adhere to four primary factors that we demand; quality, competitive cost, timely completion and a warranty to back up their work.
Our sub contractors bid all material and labor necessary to complete their respective trade as directed by the Plans and Specification. We carefully interpret each proposal by comparing them and ensure that every item is accounted for in their cost. We then prepare and discuss your individualized "Pricing Letter" itemizes the overall construction cost.
